Code Name Bakery, the latest project from the developers of Reverse Collapse: Girls Frontline, reveals a new trailer and gameplay details.

Publisher XD Inc and developer Sunborn Network, Girls’ Frontline Fame has announced the latest project to come as a collaboration between the pair, a tactical RPG called Reverse Collapse: Code Name Bakery, a sequel to the original. Code Name: Bakery Girl. This announcement came with a CG trailer and a small gameplay preview to show players what they can expect from the new game.

The gameplay appears to be set up exactly as described, and success requires a bit of strategy and some tactical experience to think ahead. It will do just as well as other famous tactical gacha RPGs. Fire Emblem: HeroesIn that you unlock units as you progress through the game, then place those units on the battlefield and clear the level using limited movement space and abilities.

Of course, these units will be upgraded and equipped with new gear as you progress through the game, and slowly team up to meet the increasingly difficult levels in Reverse Collapse. The story is, of course, a sequel, but given the game released in 2013, the story is loosely coupled and can be easily consumed on its own.
